Products & Pricing

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep our online catalog accurate but cannot guarantee that all listed items are in stock at all times.

Orders & Payment

Orders are placed and confirmed through our website. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Delivery

We offer local delivery in Medicine Hat starting at $3.50 (downtown / within 1km), plus $1.25/km beyond that, with no minimum order. Delivery runs Monday–Saturday, 9AM–5PM. Delivery is also available through LetsOrderIn.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed orders. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to fulfillment, subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Age-Restricted Items

Tobacco products and smoking accessories are restricted to customers 18 years of age or older, in accordance with Alberta law. By purchasing these items, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Certain other items are also age-gated and are available for in-store purchase only.

Zen Room & Tarot Readings

Tarot readings with Melissa Atwell ("Manic Mel") are offered on a walk-in basis only — no appointments or bookings are required or available. Readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, financial, or legal advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Penny Profit Discount Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
